Katie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida, but what she truly enjoys are the mystical practices of Numerology, the Enneagram, Human Design, and the Akashic Records. Katie has a PhD in Counseling and Supervision from the University of Florida and uses her research and assessment skills to explore Soul development through the human experience and develop ways to help people understand and access their true Self to complete their life lessons and Soul’s purpose.

Katie studies the dynamics between the Ego and Soul and how the true Self can become eclipsed by the not self, or false ego, through our lived experiences and the conditioning that happens within our families of origin, our cultures, institutions, and society. As a Spiritual Coach, Katie helps people unveil and live their life purpose, utilize their gifts and strengths, identify and work through their life lessons and balance karmic debt, and achieve Soul evolution.

Katie understands incarnating as a human on Earth as our Souls enrolling in a school to evolve into higher beings, similarly to a student earning a degree to advance their status in society. As a therapist, Katie saw that much of people’s suffering was due to living as their not self through their false ego, which keeps them from engaging in their life lessons in successful ways that allow them to progress and eventually graduate into their next spiritual role. In this light, Katie uses the Enneagram to help people realize the protective, fear-driven mechanisms that are keeping them stuck in unfulfilling patterns as their not self, which limit their access to their Soul’s guidance, resources, and healing energy.

Katie uses Numerology to identify people’s Life Path, or the degree path/curriculum their Soul chose to learn their lessons through in this lifetime, their Destiny, or expression through which their Soul wanted to learn its lessons through its Soul and Personality characteristics, their specific life lessons, and any karmic debt that they are working through in this life. She uses Human Design to further reveal the unique way the person is designed to move through this lifetime, including how they best make decisions, navigate their Soul’s development, and achieve their life purpose. Finally, Katie can access the Akashic Records to understand the Soul’s Divine Blueprint and any injuries or past life trauma it holds that is affecting the person’s present life. She can help clear karma and heal trauma through energy work, which can help make pursing your Soul’s plan more efficient.  These practices address a variety of clients' presenting issues, allowing them to understand and appreciate the divinity within them and embrace their life as something they chose and planned. Ultimately, Katie helps people see themselves more clearly and take responsibility for experiencing life as they planned to support their Soul’s evolution.
