Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated licensed Mental Health Clinicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in mental health treatment and a passion for integrating holistic and spiritual modalities into their therapeutic practice. 

• You’ll need to be a creative self starter who can work well independently and as part of a team. You’ll take direction well but feel confident in your ability to bring an idea to fruition without micromanagement. You can hustle with passion because you love being a trusted, valued part of the project; you love your job; and you love your clients. 
• You’ll be ok with having a great work life balance but giving 100% to the job while on work time. You’ll be ok with answering emails and coming to staff meetings, free trainings and workshops for CEUs, and a staff retreat in North Carolina every year, because we make them all inclusive and fun. We expect a lot, but we give a lot too, including laughs and community and strong support to our team. We enjoy our jobs and our people and want you to feel the same way.
• This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, providing clients with a diverse range of therapeutic options that promote overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based mental health practices.
• Incorporate theoretically backed and evidence based holistic and spiritual approaches (such as mindfulness, meditation, energy healing, etc.) into treatment plans to support clients' mental, emotional, and spiritual growth.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the needs of the whole person.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and holistic treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and continuing education to stay current with best practices in both mental health and holistic modalities.
• Engage in community outreach and education to promote holistic mental health practices and the services offered at Modern Mystics.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in the State of North Carolina] (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A, PsyD, or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience in mental health treatment.
• Demonstrated experience or certification in holistic and spiritual modalities (e.g., mindfulness, meditation, yoga, energy healing, etc.).
• Strong commitment to providing client-centered care that honors the mind-body-spirit connection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Passionate about ongoing professional development and integrating new holistic practices into therapy.
